SAINT JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH At the corner of Magallanes Ilaod and F. Pimentel Ave. lies a new structure where the former 16th century old St. John the Baptist Church stood. Enthroned at its altar is the priceless 2 feet wooden image of the patron saint enclosed in a glass paneled niche. Complemented by the artistically crafted twin hearts image. At the back is adored with a fine sculpture of Saints Peter and Paul.
HOLY TRINITY CATHEDRAL Architecturally beautiful, this church features the Holy Trinity image complete with other religious edifice where the Bishop of the Diocese of Daet holds his residence. Located at Brgy. Gahonon, this Cathedral is a sure place for God-believing and loving Daeteños.
CHILDRENS PARK Species of animals usually found in zoos is dramatized to be real at the Children’s Park. It provides an exciting experience for the young people to discover some animals and play with them. It is located at Brgy. Bagasbas. RIZAL PARK This is the place where the historical monuments of Daet are found. One can experience the cool breeze from the gently flowing Daet River while enjoying a stroll with friends.
