Registration of Legal Instruments
About the service: As a General Rule, all legal instruments concerning registry documents must be registered in the civil registry of the place where they were executed. The following, however, may be registered in the following places:
" Affidavit of Reappearance -where the parties to the subsequent marriage are residing
" Marriage Settlement -where the marriage was recorded
" Admission of Paternity and Acknowledgment; Legitimation; Voluntary Emancipation of Minor; Parental Authorization or Ratification of Artificial Insemination -where the birth of the child was recorded
All legal instruments executed abroad shall be registered in the civil registry office of Manila.

Legal Capacity - Php 1,000.00
Admission of Paternity/Acknowledgement - Php 500.00
Legitimation - Php 500.00
AUSF - Php 500.00
Applying for Legitimation of Natural Child
About the service: Legitimation is a remedy by means of which those who in fact were not born in wedlock and should, therefore, be considered illegitimate, are, by fiction, considered legitimate, it being supposed that they were born when their parents were already validly married. Only children conceived and born outside of wedlock of parents, who at the time of the conception of the former, were not disqualified by any impediment to marry each other, may be legitimated. Legitimation of children by subsequent marriage of parents shall be recorded in the civil registry office of the place where the birth was recorded.

" Certificate of Live Birth of the child
" Acknowledgment
" Affidavit of Legitimation

Delayed Registration of Civil Registry Records
About the Service: Delayed registration of birth, marriage, death and court decrees, like ordinary registration made at the time of the event, must be filed at the Office of the Civil Registrar of the place where the event occurred, following the lapse of the reglementary period to register.
Requirements:
" NSO Negative Result
" Affidavit of Delayed Registration
" Affidavit of two disinterested persons
" Baptismal, School Record, medical records, etc for birth registration
" Marriage Contract, if married
Fees:
More than 1 month but less than one year - Php 150.00
More than 1 year - Php 300.00
Filing of Petition for Correction of Clerical Error(s) / CCE or Change of First Name
About the service: Republic Act No. 9048 amends Articles 376 and 412 of the Civil Code of the Philippines. Article 376 prohibits the changing of name or surname of a person without judicial authority, while Article 412 prohibits any correction or change of entry in a civil register without judicial order. Republic Act No. 9048 Authorizes clerical or topographical error in a civil registry entry; and or change the first name of a person in the civil register without need of judicial order. An administrative remedy in nature, it is a departure from the usual judicial process in correcting clerical errors or changing an entry in civil registry documents. It is aimed at according petitioners an expeditious and cheaper way of correcting errors found in their civil registry records.
Fees:
Filing Fee for CCE - Php 1,000.00 plus Php 500.00 service fee for migrant petitioner
Filing Fee for CFN - Php 3,000.00 plus P1,000.00 service fee for migrant petitioners
