Securing a Medical / Health Certificate
About the service: Firms and Government Agencies may require Health Certificate from certain persons. This is especially true for those who are applying for a driver's license with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and people seeking employment. School also requires students to secure a Medical Certificate before they are allowed to enroll. Health and Medical Certificate are issued by the Municipal Health Office

Availing of Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs
About the service: The Municipal Health Office (MHO) manages an anti-tuberculosis program. The purpose is to Identify and treat patients with tuberculosis (TB).Drugs and medicine are provided free-of-charge.
Who may avail of the service?: Any person, 10 years old and above, who displays the following symptoms may have tuberculosis:
-    Persistant coughing for two weeks or more
-    Fever
-    Progressive weight loss
-    Chest or recurrent blood streak sputum
-    Loss of appetite
-    Tiredness/night sweating
Availing of Immunization Services
About the service: The purpose of this service is to immunize children 0-11 months old from immunizable diseases. The Municipal Health Office also immunizes mother to prevent the occurrence of tetanus Neonatum in infants.

Availing of Leprosy Drugs
About the service: The Municipal  Health Office (MHO) manages this program. The purpose is to identify and treat patients with leprosy. Drug and medicine are provided free-of-charge.

Availing of Outpatient Consultation
About the service: This is to diagnose and treat illnesses and give appropriate medical services. Service is available at the MHO to any person/individual who needs medical attention.

Availing of Maternal Care Services
About the service: The Municipal Health Office provides a comprehensive Maternal Care Program for pregnant and lactating mothers.

Availing of Dental Examination and Tooth Extraction Services
About the service: Dental service is available to pre-school age children, pregnant mothers and other adults to prevent and treat dental diseases. Dental service are available daily except Tuesday and Thursdays afternoon.

Availing of counseling on Nutrition and Family Planning
About the service: Counseling is a major interpersonal tool used to motivated clients for family planning method acceptance. It can also provide mother of malnourished children and malnourished pregnant and lactating mothers information on nutrition geared towards improving nutritional status.

Pre- Marriage Counseling Seminars
About the service: The Municipal Health Office (MHO) spearheads the conduct of Pre-Marriage Counseling (PMC) Seminars to would-be couple. A PMC Certificate is a prerequisite in securing a marriage license. PMC Seminar are held every Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The PMC Certificate is awarded to participants rights after the activity.
